Software development, while interesting, is a pretty tough task to do, so we are looking for someone to make it a bit easier for us. We need an enthusiastic Junior Java Developer willing to take on a difficult work on building interfaces between our hardware and Windows or Android devices. If you know your way around Java programming, and you are comfortable with some of Java IDEs (preferably Eclipse), Git, Maven, and others, feel encouraged to contact us.
Development and deployment of computer and/or mobile applications
Execution of code builds to test and launch in production environments
Fix bugs in existing code
Collaborate with product, design, and marketing teams as needed to gather requirements
Design and code algorithms for signal acquisition and/or processing
BSc (or MSc) in the field of computer science
Understanding of object-oriented programming
Excellent complex problem solving and critical thinking skills
Ability to write clean, well-documented code
Comfortable with Git
Knowledge (basic at least) of Maven is a plus
Knowledge and experience with Android development is a plus

Engage in high-level conversations with your target audience to understand their unique technical and business needs
Lead generation
Prepare and deliver tailor-made business offers for international markets (EU, USA) and be responsible for the whole sales cycle for your lead/customer
Collaborate with the engineering team for a frictionless negotiation and onboarding process
Collaborate and work with an existing sales team to improve the sales process and achieve annual goals
Provide customer feedback to the Marketing & engineering team
Build long-term relationships with new & existing customers
2-3 years of experience in sales
Knowledge of Sales tools like Pipedrive or other CRM
Have experience in creating and presenting business proposals
Someone who is not afraid to set up ambitious sales goals and crush them
General technical knowledge (desirable)
Willingness to learn the technical product and user aspects (must)
Ability to travel abroad, sometimes frequently (must)
Familiar with Sandler sales methodology (desirable)
Living in Belgrade, Serbia, or willing to move here
English language -work fluency and MS Office -proficiency are a must
