We need someone who possesses basic knowledge from managerial domain, ability to deal with multiple tasking on daily basis, willingness to learn, and drive to follow company priorities, someone who can be independent along the way but still be a part of MBT team and work together with us on a team mission.


  • Provide general administrative support
  • Assist in financial analytics, accountancy preparations, and freight support
  • Handle wide variety of administration tasks related to daily operations (receiving, sending, supply management, organizational management, preparation of logistic documents, communication with clients and state bodies)
  • Collect, administer, and archive regular/daily office documentation (employee files, contracts, bills, invoices)
  • Collaborate and communicate with the engineering team on main tech updates, deadlines, delivery preparations, and similar
  • Implement and maintain physical office procedures/protocols (including communication on repairs, possible adaptations, and similar)
  • Organize different tasks related to maintenance of the office (including meetings and events)


  • 2-3 years of experience within some kind of corporate administration (desirable)
  • Knowledge of basic Communication, Search, and Internet tools
  • Experience in creating and presenting datasheets, databases and similar
  • Someone who is not afraid to set up ambitious goals
  • General managerial, organizational, and financial knowledge
  • Willingness to learn about financial and freight domain
  • Ability to organize tasks in a proper way with focus on priorities and completion rate
  • Familiarity with general administrative practices (mailing, billing, payment systems, and similar)
  • Living in Belgrade, Serbia, or willing to move here
  • English language (work fluency) and MS Office (advanced knowledge) are a must.

  • Hold a master of science degree or equivalent
  • Not have resided or carried out his/her main activity (work, studies, etc.) in Serbia for more than 12 months in the last 3 years
